Since 2007, CargoGuard GmbH has offered holistic security solutions for logistics. Solutions that excel in ease of use, highest security standards, and low system costs. Solutions where the customer with their individual needs and desires is at the center.
Whether in the areas of valuables transport and logistics, automotive, or insurance telematics, whether for logistic service providers, control centers, or industrial partners: CargoGuard develops and collaborates with its customers to develop tailored strategies.
¶ TODAY ALREADY THE TECHNOLOGY OF TOMORROW.
The components of CargoGuard's security system (innovative web portal, web-based locking systems, and customer-specific M2M and telematics solutions) are state-of-the-art and offer the possibility of function expansion. They are future-proof and meet the highest security and data protection requirements. Users of the CargoGuard security system can conveniently monitor, localize, evaluate, and actively control their worldwide valuables transports (deliveries, containers, and vehicles) around the clock. Access monitoring and control are possible, as is the control of environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, or shock - safe, transparent, and efficient. In January 2017, the activities of CargoGuard GmbH were taken over by T&C Systeme GmbH, and the activities were continued under the CargoGuard brand. Meanwhile, T&C Systeme GmbH operates again under CargoGuard GmbH.
¶ PORTABLE BATTERY-POWERED TRACKING SOLUTIONS.
The modular, portable security systems of the CargoCop product group impress with their user-friendly operation, high robustness, and variable applications that are tailored to customer requirements.
¶ SECURE MONITORING OF YOUR CARGO.
The portable tracking solutions developed by CargoGuard meet the highest quality and security requirements. After extensive testing and certification, the modules are configured according to their area of application and integrated into the security system. They not only continuously monitor the current position and integrity of the transported goods but also, if required, desired environmental conditions such as temperature, shock, or humidity.
According to individually definable rules, the telematics modules communicate deviations from target values in real-time to the CargoGuard security server, thus enabling seamless monitoring of the valuables using the CargoGuard web portal CargoLive 3.0.
¶ BUILT-IN TRACKING SOLUTIONS.
With its security system, CargoGuard offers the perfect solution for monitoring and access control of e.g. trucks and trailers. The solutions, tailored to customer requirements, can be expanded modularly with additional sensors and actuators, thus enabling a wide range of applications.
¶ TAPA SECURITY GUIDELINES.
CargoGuard's built-in tracking solutions not only continuously monitor the current position/integrity of the transported goods but also, in combination with the connected intelligent Internet-of-Things lock (IoT lock), control and regulate access e.g. to trucks and trailers. By means of customer-specific measurement sensors, a variety of other conditions such as humidity, light conditions, pressure, shock, or temperature can be detected, evaluated, and thus processes optimized. Arbitrary security levels can be realized with the CargoGuard security system, up to trailers with integrated motion sensors and alarm loops in the sidewalls.
Upon request, the CargoGuard security solutions can meet the TAPA guidelines.
In addition to monitoring palletized goods, door control of e.g. containers, swap bodies, or trailers, mobile panic buttons, for the personal safety of endangered persons, complete the range of applications.
¶ SECURITY CONTAINERS AND IOT LOCK.
CargoGuard offers a wide range of intelligent security containers in the CargoShield product group. The integrated intelligent locking mechanism as an Internet of Things application (IoT) can be controlled and monitored using the CargoGuard web portal CargoLive 3.0. The extremely robust cases and boxes meet even the highest demands of the transport and security industry and range from 3.5l volume to 600l Euro pallet format.
¶ HIGHEST SECURITY WITH INTERNET-OF-THINGS LOCK.
Depending on the application, additional sensors can be integrated into the CargoGuard security system, allowing real-time monitoring of the security containers and their condition. The CargoGuard security system also allows control of connected units in the security containers and thus the triggering of various interventions - e.g. igniting a dye bomb during money transports.
Due to the high variability and intuitive operability, there are (almost) no limits to the application areas of the security containers.
¶ CLOUD-BASED SECURITY MONITORING SOFTWARE.
The cloud-based security monitoring software from CargoGuard is a core component of the CargoGuard security solution. All status information of the CargoGuard sensors and actuators integrated in the system can be conveniently and securely displayed and monitored on the same system platform.
¶ SECURE, TECHNOLOGICALLY SOPHISTICATED, AND WORLDWIDE AVAILABLE INFRASTRUCTURE.
The CargoGuard Cloud is immediately ready for use, easily expandable, and very flexible due to its modular architecture. Special attention was paid to powerful rule processing, thus even very complex processes and procedures can be accurately represented.
The high flexibility and expandability of the cloud-based security monitoring system from CargoGuard enable not only process control but also process control. Connected units can be controlled and actions triggered. The rules stored for this purpose can be selected variably and can be time- or location-controlled as desired. Various, also external, partners can be integrated into the system. The rights and visibilities can be adjusted via comprehensive user management.
CargoGuard thus provides a secure, technologically sophisticated, and globally available infrastructure. Custom measurement sensors can be developed and integrated at any time. The system is not only highly comfortable but also future-proof.
